Sometimes the hardness of the seal is also an important factor that affects the use of life. Not all seals are soft, for example, PTFE seals are very hard. Mechanical seals should be checked frequently, and abnormalities should be replaced in time. For example, seal deformation, cracking, etc. The main factor affecting the service life of seals is the operating environment. Temperature is the main factor affecting the hardness of the seal. In order to add the elasticity of the seal at low temperature and reduce the permanentness of the data tightening, it is necessary to improve the formula of the data, and a certain amount of plasticizer must be added to the rubber. When immersed in the running medium for a long period of time, the plasticizer will be gradually absorbed by the running medium, resulting in shortened aging of the seal. So seals should be checked frequently. Avoid aging to form incidents.
